24/01/09 - CONGRADULATIONS EVERYONE!
Thank you everyone who took part and helped out! Global Village 2009 has been hailed as a huge success story. We raised over £2,500 pounds for various charities, and had a fantastic night!

04/10/08 - Global Village is looking for Committee Members
Its almost nearly official. The Queen Margaret Student Union hall (Qudos) has been booked for Thursday 22nd January 2009 to host the next Global Village. The International Society and SRC are once again lending their support; as well as some new friends from the Glasgow University Music Department.

01/09/08 - World Record Ceilidh
The Global Village team is once again teaming up with our friends at the International Society and Glasgow SRC to put together a range of food stalls for the World Record Ceilidh attempt on Friday 19th, September of Glasgow University Fresher's Week.
We will provide 15 pounds for you to go a make food representing any country of your choice.
